For more than three decades, Rose Moritz has inspired audiences and students through her passion for music. Her musical journey began at the prestigious Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto, where she refined her harp performance skills. She further developed her artistry under the guidance of distinguished Toronto musicians Margaret Halliwell and Maureen McKay.

As a professional harpist, Rose brings elegance, joy, and serenity to every performance, whether at weddings, holiday celebrations, or social gatherings. Working closely with clients, she carefully selects music that reflects the unique character of each event, creating memorable experiences for all who attend.

In addition to performing, Rose is passionate about helping young people discover and nurture their own artistic potential. Certified in both Orff and Kodály methodologies, she takes a holistic approach to music education, integrating singing, movement, and percussion into her lessons. This creates a rich, engaging learning environment that encourages creativity, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for music.

Beyond her work as a performer and music educator, Rose has always sought meaningful ways to connect with children. After becoming a mother and becoming actively involved in her children’s schools through the PTA, she recognized a growing need for programs that support the social and emotional skills children rely on every day. Inspired by this need, Rose combined her love of music, storytelling, and teaching to create engaging school assemblies that encourage children to explore kindness, empathy, communication, self-awareness, and responsible decision-making.

What began as a desire to make a difference in her own school community has evolved into a passion for bringing these important messages to children everywhere through the transformative power of music, storytelling, and human connection.
