Educational Assembly Programs

Through beautiful harp music, uplifting stories, humor, and engaging interaction, students learn practical skills for managing emotions, handling stress, solving conflict and building positive relationships. Various programs focus on communication, empathy, kindness, respect, self-awareness, responsible choices, and resilience. Students learn that their words, actions, and choices matter—and that they can make a positive difference.

These assemblies support the New York State Portrait of a Graduate by helping students become confident communicators, thoughtful decision-makers, respectful collaborators, and caring members of their communities.

Each program is designed with a particular age group and theme in mind, creating opportunities for students to connect, participate, and see themselves, and others, with greater understanding. Students are encouraged to think, laugh, reflect, and see themselves in the stories being shared.

What does it mean to be a good person?

Rose invites students to explore what it means to be a good person. Not by being perfect, but by choosing kindness, compassion, and empathy. It is designed to engage and empower students to make positive choices and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others.  To help students develop the skill of compassion, esteem and connections that are essential for their success in both school and life. The goal is to create an open space for students to be comfortable while learning and cultivating life skills.
